STREAM EWS is a life-saving system, developed to be user-friendly, that delivers accurate and timely flood information to relevant authorities. This innovative system enables authorities to easily and swiftly share reliable warning messages with at-risk communities in the areas of Mindanao, Philippines. Originating from EWS1294 in Cambodia, the project is being implemented in the Philippines in collaboration with the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) of the Department of Science and Technology, along with PLDT and SMART.
