STREAM EWS is a life-saving system, developed to be user-friendly, that delivers accurate and timely weather and flood information to relevant authorities. This innovative system enables authorities to easily share reliable warning messages with at-risk communities in Mindanao, Philippines.
Originating from EWS1294 in Cambodia, the project is being implemented in the Philippines in collaboration with the Mindanao PAGASA Regional Services Division of the Department of Science and Technology, along with PLDT and SMART Communications.
